  • I cater to a wide range of budgets in my bespoke engagement rings and fine jewellery pieces.

And with the ever-increasing interest and demand for lab-grown options, you can get the jewellery you’ve always desired without sacrificing quality or size (all without breaking the bank).

  • All of my jewellery is handcrafted and made to order. Engagement Rings typically take about 3 to 6 weeks depending on the complexity, so I can ensure your ring is perfect.

If you have an urgent timeline in mind please CONTACT ME so I work to accommodate your request.

  • It really comes to personal preference but hands down your best bet is gold or platinum. For more information about the various types, colours, and purities of gold and Platinum please refer to my PRECIOUS METALS page.

  • I opperate a virtual business model meaning I don’t have a physical storefront. I don’t want the high expenses or hassle of keeping an inventory, paying rent, or paying for a sales staff. I’d much rather take this significant reduction in my overhead and pass those savings on to you!

The last majority of our collaboration can take part via phone, email, text, and Teams. However, I very much enjoy meeting my clients and always encourage doing so. I’m more than happy to meet you for a coffee, cocktail, glass of wine, etc. I can also pop by your office, or, you’re welcome to pop by mine (by appointment only) conveniently located right by Chinook Center.

  • Yes. Jewellery pieces of significant value will be accompanied by an independent, third-party insurance appraisal. I recommend “scheduling” jewellery pieces with a value of $10,000 or greater (or in accordance with your home insurance policy).

  • Contrary to what you might think, well-made jewellery isn’t as delicate as it might look. As such, cleaning and caring for your jewellery is quite simple. I recommend cleaning your jewellery often with warm or hot water, some dish soap, and a soft bristled toothbrush. To be safe, either plug you sink before you start, or do this via a couple bowls of water. Use a lint free cloth to dry.

If you notice any missing stones or your centre stone has come loose, don’t panic - this is an easy fix. Please CONTACT ME and I will assist.

  • I take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of my jewellery pieces. I offer a complimentary lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects for all engagement rings and jewellery pieces. This warranty specifically addresses issues arising from manufacturing defects.

It's important to note that this warranty does not encompass concerns resulting from general wear and tear, misuse, or negligence. These include, but are not limited to: scratches, discoloration due to chemical contact, warped metal, dents, misshapen bands, lost stones, or cracked stones. Additionally, lost or stolen pieces are not covered. Engaging a jeweller other than myself for repair or service will void the warranty.

Should you suspect a defect or are in need of repair to your piece of jewellery, I encourage you to CONTACT ME. Your satisfaction and the longevity of your cherished pieces is of my utmost priority.

  • By all mean, yes. Lab diamonds and gemstones are an excellent way to obtain the jewellery you’ve always wanted without sacrificing the quality or size in order to hit your specific budget.

But again, it is important to know exactly what you’re getting. Not all Lab diamonds are created (or more importantly graded equally). For more information on lab diamonds and gemstones please refer to my LAB-GROWN DIAMONDS info page.
