Like you, I get frustrated when I feel like I’m getting the runaround or receiving mixed messaging. Walking into a traditional brick and mortar jewellery store can be an intimidating process - and in my experience, a too expensive, and an even rather frustrating one. The number of times I’ve heard misleading and often flat out factually inaccurate information is absurd. But I get it. Staffing can be challenging, employee turnover is often high, and not everyone who works in this industry is interested in becoming and expert or even highly knowledgable.

I aim to make your jewellery adventure as stress free and fun as possible while at the same time ensuring that you get the best possible piece of jewellery for the best possible value. And I’m more than happy to make this process as educational as you wish. There is no such thing as a silly question.
